Tiers and Benefits

Membership tier is granted according to the number of Hearts.
When you sign up for the TWOSOME HEART APP, you will be given a WHITE tier, and when you accumulate 5 Hearts, you will be upgraded to a BLACK tier.
If you earn 20 Hearts and get to be RED, you can enjoy special benefits only for RED!

    • Issued once a year / 14 days before the anniversary

    • Beverage regular size only (excluding bottled beverages)

Information Use

[Heart]
  • Hearts are valid for 365 days, including the accumulation date, and expire when the valid period expires.
  • Earn 1 heart for every eligible purchase of 3,000 won or more and an additional heart for every 10,000 won you spend.
    • Only 20% of the payment amount is considered to be eligible for earning hearts when paying with mobile vouchers(both gift vouchers used for redeeming products and digital payment vouchers used for direct payment).
    • When receiving gifts, affiliate discounts, promotional discounts, coupon discount, etc., 50% of the final payment is deemed the eligible amount for earning hearts.
      (In case of receiving only a tumbler discount, the full purchase amount is eligible.)
    • For all other cases not mentioned above, 100% of the final payment is considered the eligible purchase for earning hearts.
  • Re-collecting of Hearts is not allowed within 3 minutes after earning Hearts.
    (It is possible to collect Heart within 3 minutes through TWOSOME HEART APP – Limited to TWOSOME Order & Whole Cake Reservation)

  • When signing up for membership for the first time, you get to be WHITE immediately.
  • When 5 Hearts are accumulated, you're going to turn to BLACK on the next day, and the existing 5 Hearts are maintained without being deducted.
  • When you collect 20 Hearts, you will be promoted to RED on the next day, and 20 Hearts you already have will be deducted.
  • When promoted to BLACK or RED, you will not be demoted to WHITE even after the Heart expiration date.
  • If you accumulate less than 20 Hearts for 365 days from the date of promotion or extension to RED, you will be demoted to BLACK.
  • If you have more than 20 Hearts valid for 365 days from the date of RED upgrade, your RED rank will be extended without Heart deduction.
  • Upgrades and coupon benefits for each level are applied based on the next day that meets the tier conditions.
  • The free coupon for anniversary piece cake of RED is issued once a year, 14 days prior to the anniversary date.
    (You can designate an anniversary on the member information edit page, and if not entered, it will be issued based on the legal date of birth)
